Vako is the lead trial and litigation attorney at Estrada Law Group. He has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his injured clients. Because he has mastered both the art of litigation and negotiation, Vako has built a reputation with Insurance Companies through the years based on mutual respect and trust. As a result, Vako’s cases often get settled very quickly and for Top Dollar.
Vako has a lot of experience working all types of Personal Injury Cases. He has successfully resolved cases ranging from Car Accidents, Trucking Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Slip and Falls, Dog Bites, Catastrophic Injuries, Brain Injuries, as well as Wrongful Death. He recently settled a Wrongful Death claim for $5.25 million dollars after taking one very decisive deposition that exposed not just the liability of the other driver, but also the bad faith tactics his insurance company was using to get out of paying.
For years, Vako has fought to protect his client’s rights against shady insurance companies throughout the State of California, as well as in the U.S. Federal Court system. He has even taken the fight to the California Court of Appeals to reverse mistakes made by Judges in the Trial Court that would have completely screwed his clients over in litigation.
Vako is often invited to speak at various legal and medical conferences and takes great pleasure in sharing his experience and knowledge with others in the Personal Injury industry. When he was in law school, he competed nationally on the Mock Trial and Mediation Teams. He also served as president of the Middle Eastern Law Student’s Association, founded the Armenian Law Student’s Association, was the Editor of the School Newspaper, and received the Esteemed Pro Bono Honors Award for the time he spent volunteering at the San Diego Public Defender’s Office and Veteran’s Assistance Clinics.
An advocate for the people, Vako takes pride in his role helping those in need who cannot stand up for themselves. When he is not busy litigating and negotiating for his clients, Vako spends his time raising his three young boys and keeping his heart cup full with exercise, mediation, and daily spiritual practice so he can be the best he can be every day for those he serves.
